Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of dissatisfaction with our product, clients may contact us at customercare@forzzafurniture.in to notify us about the same. Customer has the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a product has to done within 24hrs from the time of delivery of receipt of the material and products received After 24hrs will treated as products already sold from our end.

Refund Policy
On Delivery of goods if there is some damage in transit, please immediately inform customercare@forzzafurniture.in. Our team will act on this within 48 hours from the receipt of your complaint. If a part of the product is damaged we will replace the part. However in rare cases where we are not able to replace the part or the product we will refund the amount .

We will try our best to replace the items within 15 working days of receipt of the product for our clients.
The final refunds will be made after deducting the taxes ,net banking charges ,credit card charges ,debit card charges and other charges incurred in dispatching like packing charges , manpower charges ,transport charges and other charges to our client.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account after deducting the necessary charges.
